RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Oh no! We’re upset to know you want to return your item. We take pride within ourselves to ensure the upmost customer satisfaction.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Will return if wrong address was provided by customer – If customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
At this time, we do not provide return labels and it is the customers obligation to pay shipping costs to the returns department
Please allow up to 10 working business days for the return to be processed (We suggest getting a return tracking so you know exactly when it’s back in our facility!)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please be sure to order the correct items and size if applicable.
The following items are NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstance:
- Digital products
- Abby’s Closet Clothing
- Any merchandise marked final sale
- Printed materials such as magazines, posters, prints, keychains, bottle openers, clothing etc.
- Sale or Discounted Items
If any of the above mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.

Need to return a Damaged/Misprinted/Defective Item?

In subject give a detailed report of whats wrong with the item.
We will review your complaint and get back to you shortly with our evaluation.
If we accept your claim we will ship out a new item to you at our expense.
If we feel more info is needed you will be asked to send pictures of the claims reported. If we feel your claim is in line with our policy we will ship out a new item at our expense.
*Please know that sublimation shirts cannot be returned as a “defect” for having areas on the shirt where the image was not printed on. Due to the printing process on a Sublimation shirt there might be white streaks or creases visible after printing- particularly in the seams and under the arms. It’s impossible to make the shirt completely flat during the printing process, so imperfections may present themselves.
